Tennis Elbow

Tennis elbow can heal on its own.
You just need to give your elbow rest and do what you can to speed the healing.
Following things can help :

Icing the elbow to reduce pain and swelling. Experts recommend doing it for 15 to 30 minutes every 5-6 hours for 4-5 days or until the pain is gone.

Using an elbow support strap to protect the injured tendon from further strain.

Taking nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAIDs)to help with pain and swelling..

Performing range of motion exercises

Getting physical therapy to strengthen and stretch the muscles.

Having injections of steroid if not getting curedsh
