A SPOON OF GHEE FULL OF HEALTH


Ghee is 100% fat……. Golden, Flavorful and nutrient rich. It is commonly known as a traditional medicine and is being used in Indian households since ages.
If you ever have heard anything bad about  ghee, its time to rethink. Ghee is believed to have many health risks but the latest medical research has something else to say. Desi ghee is a much better option than commercially available processed butters and refined oils. Ghee should be made as an essential part of balanced diet. Unlike the common man’s notion desi ghee has mayriad health benefits to offer

1. Good source of energy: Ghee is a storehouse of energy. It has plenty of medium chain fatty acids which can be directly absorbed to release instant energy.
2. Immunity booster: Ghee contains Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) which in turn is a powerful immune system enhancer
