With the advent of a majority of lifestyle disorders and health issues, the food choices that we make have become a major concern for everyone.

It’s the 21st century, and we are living a roller coaster life rushing from schools, colleges, offices, etc. to home and vice versa. Food choices have become the convenient ones rather than nutritional ones, and daily nutritional intake and health status of people has gone into drain.

The working mother has to prepare breakfast for her  family, rush the kids to schools/colleges, husband to office , pack separate lunches for them and then rush herself to office.
